Loic Corthals
Hello and welcome to my design studio! I’m Loic Corthals, a rational product and furniture designer renowned for my technical problem-solving skills, 3D CAD modeling expertise, proficiency in foam modeling, and end prototyping capabilities. My mission is to create innovative designs that are both visually striking and practically efficient.

My Design Philosophy
At the heart of my work is a commitment to blending creativity with functionality. I believe that great design should seamlessly integrate form and function, while also prioritizing sustainability and efficiency. Each project is approached with the goal of not only meeting aesthetic objectives but also ensuring that the design is optimized for practical manufacturing.
Professional Background
My design journey began at a very young age, with encouragement from my granddad, who immersed me in a world of creative thinking and art. Even at 10, I found joy in crafting intricate Lego Technic pieces, which instilled in me a logical problem-solving approach and an understanding of structural dynamics.
Now, over a decade later, I continue to apply the same passion and creativity in my professional work.I hold a Degree in in Industrial product Design from Howest, and a Degree in in Furniture Design from Poli.design (private association of Politecnico di milano).
I have accumulated extensive experience through various roles and projects. including 2 curricular internships at Jabuticasa and  meneghello paolelli (in progress).
Approach & Philosophy
My design process is collaborative and iterative, involving close engagement with clients to ensure their vision is realized while adhering to high standards of functionality and aesthetics. Each project is an opportunity to push creative boundaries and deliver solutions that are both elegant and practical.
