Summary
From concept creation to final prototype, Otti was designed as a compact work solution that blends naturally into the living room. It supports short, focused work moments on the sofa without turning the space into a permanent workspace. When closed, Otti hides papers, laptops, pencils and other tools for work restoring calm. When opened, it becomes an intuitive work surface, with the lid doubling as a lap desk. The main challenge was balancing a soft architectural form with practical use and efficient production in solid wood.
